• Camera access solely for QR Code scanning

3. Camera Permission

The Mobile Pickup application only accesses the device camera for scanning QR Codes related to pickup assignments. The application does not capture, store or upload photos or videos.

4. Location Permission

Location permission is used only while the application is actively being used. It helps drivers navigate to customer pickup locations and is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing

PT Rayspid Indonesia does not sell, trade or rent personal information. Data may only be processed by trusted service providers required to operate the application, including secure hosting and map service providers.

Communications between the application and company servers are protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect user information.

Operational data is retained only as long as necessary for business operations, legal obligations, or company policy requirements.

Authorized users may request updates or deletion of their account through the Company's system administrator, subject to operational and legal requirements.
